from my friends at "seriously though"

Florida's Republican Elections Director, Dawn Roberts, has sent a memo to the 67 county supervisors of elections stating that Ralph Nader can appear on the presidential ballot despite a court order stating he could not. Roberts claims her decision was based on the chance that Hurricane Ivan might interfere in an appeals process. Democratic party officals in Florida expressed outrage over the ruling accusing Roberts and Florida Governor Jeb Bush, Presiden Bush's brother, of defying a court order in an attempt to give President Bush an advantage in an extremely close swing state. Furthermore, Tallahassee, the Florida state capital and location of the appeals hearing, is not expected to be hit by Hurricane Ivan.

Seriously Though, if the voters of Florida don't wake up they will soon notice that their votes will not count as the Bush family makes the decision for them. Florida, this is your wake up call!
